July '25 Schedule + General Update

Hello sweetheart,

Looking at my planner for July and it's already action-packed.
I've got some travel planned and the very last thing I want to be doing is worrying about my scripts and editing.

I'm still experimenting with how I write my scripts. For the last few months, it's been writing with pencil and paper, but this month I'm going to try getting a first draft of the script in a voice note. After transcription and editing it, then it'll be ready for me to record.

Why not just use a voice note and skip the transcription stuff?

A few reasons.

One is that I can grab my phone and quickly make a voice note that lasts a few minutes, especially if I'm going for a walk. even if the quality will never be as good as my own microphone and studio set-up. When recording audio on my microphone, it takes time to set-up my studio space and get everything just right.
Until someone decides to mow their lawn or nesting birds start fighting outside.

Plus, there's no pressure to make it perfect. Chatting away and getting lost and maybe discovering something fun and new on the way. This can easily take an audio into more interesting territory.

I'll have a record of what is actually in the script. I've recorded over 200 audios and especially with longer audios, it's easy to forget exactly what's in them. Or, if I want to post them publicly, I can quickly scan the script for specifics and tags.

Outside of figuring out a system that works for me, I'm getting back into exercise too. I'm rowing, lifting weights and working to get fitter and overall just feel so much better. A bonus side-effect is my breathing is much deeper and my lungs feel stronger. Perfect for audio delights. I'll be a muscle m*mmy by the end of summer.

My priority will be both of the long audios, I may have to skip a mantra depending on time. Posting a few more YT audios is in the plan for July too.
