Downtown Druid has Ended

Just a reminder, this patreon charges at the first of the month. If you'd like to give me a final 5 bucks I'd appreciate it, but if you don't please end your sub so I don't have to do any refunds. They're very tedious on this platform.

I'm going to be removing the 'Street Rats' tier either today or tomorrow to prevent new subs at that level.

Also, if you want to discuss the ending or tell me that it sucks and you hate me, you can join the discord here:

I'll providing updates there when book 1 drops there as well new about any upcoming projects and things like that.

Thank you all again for reading. This has been my best performing story and one of my favorites to write and that was largely thanks to you.

Can u make so I can read the last 2 chapters for the story author? I really wanna finish the story

Damian Btooks

I hope it does! I love seeing stories where the kid becomes the next protagonist like the Vorkogsigan Saga

Kitty Lee

I will be buying the paperbacks as soon as they come out, you should stub the story on RR

Dominick Zimmerman

It's going to be a portal fantasy with a military focus and light Litrpg elements. Im doing a more heroic character this time for it.

Seersucker

Any idea what the next project is about?

ALEXEI

This sucks and I hate you. In all seriousness it’s been a wonderful ride, thanks for the story!

I have this nasty tendency to end my stories. I get too bored to write the same thing forever. Glad you enjoyed it!

I probably won't join the discord because I already have too many, so I'll share my thoughts on the ending here. While I wouldn't mind more story to read through, I like that it didn't just go on and on without end. I think it would be great if more stories on Royal Road came to a satisfying conclusion instead of petering out on hiatus or something. In particular, I enjoy it when stories have a nice epilogue, where we can see a bit of what the characters did with their lives after things calm down, and I think your last chapter serves as a good epilogue that ends the series on a high note.

Lol, I'm taking a potentially permanent break from the setting, though I am open to returning to it and left it very possible to do so in the narrative. The honest truth is, if it does really fantastic on amazon, it'll greatly improve the likelihood of me working on a sequel series in the future.

Seersucker

Okok, I understand,.. So when does the next druid book start?

Deinos

Thank you for the wonderful story!
