Firstly we'd like to apologize for the inactivity on the Patreon, there's a lot we've been working on and getting back into regular posting on here is one of them! With this as well there has been tons of work going on behind the scenes for our upcoming event! We hope you all understand, and we want to continue providing sneak peeks, insights and other things for all of you who support us here! So with out further ado, lets get into this update post!
So what have we been working on?
To start off, there's a few things happening within these next 2 months! We've made a lot of additions to our team and with that means new projects and things to work on. Speaking of what we're working on, here's what we've been doing recently! Working on reorganizing staff structure, hiring new team members, working on and finishing Stage 1 of our website, ordering new merchandise to send/share with you all & so much more! We also have new gifts we're planning on adding to the Patreon tiers to give you all just a little extra token of our appreciation of helping support us! It'll be some more in person trinkets and what not, but also we'll be creating your very own stickers for the Discord server!
Along with this we have some big events planned other than November Vibe Night!
MFF 2022
At MFF 2022, we plan on hosting a room party at the convention! This means you'll be able to meet the team behind Vibe Night and hangout with us as we party for 4 hours on Friday Night! Times and room TBD! We'll be sure to let you all know when we get that info. We might also be renting some special equipment!
NYE 2022-2023
As we did last year, we plan on hosting another huge NYE party to start off the new year! We're planning on going even bigger and better than we did last year. If you were here for last year, it was a wild collaboration event with Tailbass and Placeholder Club. This year, we're planning on going even bigger better and longer! More details to come after MFF! We'll be giving sneak peeks of what we're working on when we can.

Hey Ya'll! Sorry for not posting in a while! I (Misho) have been busy juggling between like 7 different things going on in life right now, so I apologize for not having much content up this month. Nonetheless, we have our DJ's selected and ready to go for this Month's event! Due to you all being our lovely and wonderful patrons, we're here to show you a bit of what we've got set up for this month's event! Thank you all once again for all your support!
Hey Everyone! We apologize for this late update, however we have plenty of new things and good news to share with you all!
Firstly we just want to say thank you to all of you who attended Vibe Night last weekend! The turnout was phenomenal as always, and the vibes were good throughout the whole night! We hope everyone enjoyed and had a good time!
New Stream layout:
Now that Vibe Night is over, we're looking forward to improving out next event, and making it better than this one. For starters, we experimented with some new stream layouts and transitions this Vibe Night! The assets were created by Loprov, and I have to say that they are a HUGE improvement from the ones we previously had last Vibe Night in February. All in all, they helped make this Vibe Night feel much more professional compared to our previous events. We'll be having more to show off by April Vibe Night!
Attendance/Analytics:
Attendance, as we all know is a major factor to our events. From an analytical standpoint, attendance helps us determine whether an event is doing good this month our not! This Vibe Night, we were just short of our peak attendance numbers from February Vibe Night. (160 in Feb, 155 in March) But, with this, we actually saw that we had much more retention of attendees this time around! We averaged at around 130 throughout the whole night compared to 110 from last event. (These are general Rough estimates) All in all, it seems that we're doing something right, to keep people shakin' and dancin' on the dance floor!
Merchandise:
Now, onto a more serious topic, in which we feel the need to apologize for. To those at our higher tiers on our Patreon, we apologize for the lack of updates on our merch. With being such a small team, its hard to keep up with so many things at once. Along with this, hiring people with specific skillsets is something we're still always on the lookout for. This goes hand in hand with not having enough people to do certain things since the skill requirement is not there. EX. Creating, Designing and Ordering Merch. However with all this, we've managed to design and order stickers! And as I'm sure you've seen with the image above, we now have them ready to ship! They should hopefully be arriving at Misho's house within the next few days. Once they receive them, we'll be shipping them out to everyone! So stay on the look out within the coming weeks! (We'll be sure to let you all know in the discord)
Future plans: All in all, we continue to improve and make Vibe Night a better event, month by month, and we have many things planned for the future! Somethings, we can mention, but others are more secretive. (Until a later date) For those that know, we've had the funds to commission a world for quite some time now. We will be working towards that objective much more in the coming weeks. So far our main issue has been locating a 3D world modeler to create the world and a Concept Design artist to make reference work of it. I am happy to say that we've found a Concept Design artist! But we are still looking for a 3D world modeler. If you know anyone who may be able to help us in this regard, please feel free to let us know!
Along with this, we looking forward to doing more collaborations with other events, clubs and communities! We wanna spread the love and positivity a little more with those around us! So expect more collaborations within the coming months with other communities! (We hope you all enjoyed our little collaborative after party with FloofDoof this March Vibe Night!)

Hey everyone! We've got a little update on our general merchandise and Patreon rewards progress!
Firstly, we've recently just ordered a huge batch of stickers for both our Patreons and to hand out in person at conventions! We're currently waiting on them to be shipped Misho! Once they arrive, we'll be sending out stickers to all of our $10 Patreons! We've ordered many different types and styles to give them some variety!
Along with stickers, we've been working on designing other types of merchandise! I can't specifically describe the designs, however you should be expecting hoodies, T-Shirts, and various other trinkets! I'd like to mention however that merch such as clothing may not be a Patreon reward. (If it is then it may be something unique) Trying to implement that into a Patreon tier could cost a lot of money. (In other words the tier would need to be $70 to cover the expenses of creating the hoodie and shipping. Along with all the other Merch we plan on having in addition to clothing, it'd be a VERY expensive tier) All in all, merchandise such as clothing will be purchasable without needing to be a Patreon. We plan on setting up some sort of shop for it eventually, however this is quite a few months into the future.
Currently our progress on creating merch such as clothing, is currently in its early design stage. We are in the process of coming up and designing different styles and variants of clothing. A lot of it may not be final, however we do have a few ideas which we know will stay around for a long time! Further details and ideas for how we'll be implementing clothing, are still to be discussed with the Vibe Night staff team!

This month's event.... Is going to be insane.. SO MANY AMAZING DJ's! Enjoy this sneak peek of our line-up for this upcoming Vibe Night! Public posts will be made on Saturday on event information and Dj lineup. We hope everyone is ready for this month's event!! :D
Firstly we just want to thank all of you for being Patreons for Vibe Night! So far this has helped us out so much more than we could have ever imagined. Having funding like this has basically broadened our horizons with what we can bring to future events! Along with this, we like to be transparent to our community on what the money is used on and where it goes! So far, we've used this money to create our own domain! We can't reveal the name of the domain just yet, since it'll be where the Vibe Night website will be, but so far it does exist! Along with this, we've also used the funds from here to subscribe to VRCDN's Patreon in order to use their services for our events!
This leads me into the second part of this post, which is progress on Patreon Benefits! For you $10 patreons, we know you've been waiting on those stickers! I'd like to announce that we should be having them made and shipped fairly soon (give or take a few weeks, no later than the end of March)! We're working on creating a couple of designs, and giving you all some variety once you do receive them! Along with this, we are working on making different variants of certain designs that we have for marketing purposes. In the near future we will be working on creating more benefits for existing tiers and creating new, higher tiers with even more benefits! For now we want to keep things simple but eventually we will be expanding this once we decide the time is right!

So far we've had 23 DJ's Apply for this Vibe Night! Enjoy the little teaser! It seems we've been keeping a consistent number of old and new DJ's coming to Vibe Night! As much work as it is reviewing each set and application, it's also a lot of fun listening to each DJ's set and hearing them play the music they enjoy playing for others on stage! We appreciate every single DJ who takes their time to apply to play for us at Vibe Night! Without any DJ's to play, we wouldn't be the event we are today! :D
We've been hard at work since the end of the previous Vibe Night! We're been working on plenty of new things for our upcoming event and even we've got a surprise we weren't expecting!
Over the last week and a half, we've been busy trying to improve and take a look at the exit survey which we provided to our community and we've received plenty of responses from everyone! We'd like to thank everyone who participated in the survey! It honestly helps us a lot in terms of receiving feedback for the event and helps bring a new perspective to the table when discussing changes. So far we've been discussing what can work and what might not work for the event. Afterwards we'll see what we can realistically implement into Vibe Night that seems feasible.
Something caught myself (Misho, Yes hello I'm the one who types these XD) by surprise along with all the other Vibe Night staff recently. MBlade; owner of Tailbass, shared an image with Misho last night. That image being the one you see up above with all the Vibe Night logos plastered around. For those that don't know, Tailbass has a world called the "Rave Cave". It's a world, that they've been using for a while that was made specifically for their events. Recently they've been making variants for other communities and decided it was time to give us one of our own! So thanks to MBlade, and all the others who have been working on the world, we'll now be having a new environment specifically made for Vibe Night! It's got the Vibe Night VRCDN baked into it along with a few new in world features!
Besides all that, we've plenty of other smaller and more internal things we're working on optimizing and preparing for the next Vibe Night. We'll be trying to get more instances out for our next event along with optimizing the way we set up instances! The new world be helping out tremendously with this endeavor so we hope it goes well!

We hope you all enjoyed Vibe Night last night if you were there! Thank you again for supporting us and helping us out with this event! We're getting straight back into working and preparing things for next Vibe Night starting off with a few new things!
If you hadn't seen, we have a Vibe Night Bot now! So far its only use is to be a hub where people can join for our events, but we eventually plan for it to have a working camera animation and automatically add friends when a friend request has been sent to it!
Additionally, we're working on a variety of different forms for people to fill out! Now I know forms are boring, especially surveys, but these help us out a lot! It helps provide analytical data on our event from the attendees along with providing us way we could possibly improve future events. Our community and their concerns are most important to us, and we want to make sure everyone has the best experience they can at Vibe night! Along with creating an exit Survey, we're also working on Camera Crew Applications! Initially we were recruiting internally but now we've found the need to reach out to the community and beyond! We're finalizing the selection of our DJ's soon!! Everyone who's a Patron will be getting a early look at this months Vibe Night DJ lineup before everyone else! The DJ lineup for this month will be ready to go by today or tomorrow! So expect another post soon! ^^

Firstly, I'll be honest and say that we weren't expecting that many people to become patreons so soon! All I have to say is thank you! We really appreciate it!

-Firstly, the discord bot doesn't seem to be working as intended so I'll be taking a look into why it isn't providing roles! Roles have now been manually provided to each patreon!
-For those of you who have selected the $10 a month, I'd like to personally say thank you! We still need to order Vibe Night stickers, so once we get those, they'll be shipped out to you ASAP! (Please give us anywhere from 14-21 days to receive the stickers and send them out!)
