Post Vibe Night Update!: Numbers, Future Plans, & Merch!

Hey Everyone! We apologize for this late update, however we have plenty of new things and good news to share with you all!

Firstly we just want to say thank you to all of you who attended Vibe Night last weekend! The turnout was phenomenal as always, and the vibes were good throughout the whole night! We hope everyone enjoyed and had a good time!

New Stream layout:

Now that Vibe Night is over, we're looking forward to improving out next event, and making it better than this one. For starters, we experimented with some new stream layouts and transitions this Vibe Night! The assets were created by Loprov, and I have to say that they are a HUGE improvement from the ones we previously had last Vibe Night in February. All in all, they helped make this Vibe Night feel much more professional compared to our previous events. We'll be having more to show off by April Vibe Night!


Attendance/Analytics:

Attendance, as we all know is a major factor to our events. From an analytical standpoint, attendance helps us determine whether an event is doing good this month our not! This Vibe Night, we were just short of our peak attendance numbers from February Vibe Night. (160 in Feb, 155 in March) But, with this, we actually saw that we had much more retention of attendees this time around! We averaged at around 130 throughout the whole night compared to 110 from last event. (These are general Rough estimates) All in all, it seems that we're doing something right, to keep people shakin' and dancin' on the dance floor!

Merchandise:

Now, onto a more serious topic, in which we feel the need to apologize for. To those at our higher tiers on our Patreon, we apologize for the lack of updates on  our merch.  With being such a small team, its hard to keep up with so many things at once. Along with this, hiring people with specific skillsets is something we're still always on the lookout for. This goes hand in hand with not having enough people to do certain things since the skill requirement is not there. EX. Creating, Designing and Ordering Merch. However with all this, we've managed to design and order stickers! And as I'm sure you've seen with the image above, we now have them ready to ship! They should hopefully be arriving at Misho's house within the next few days. Once they receive them, we'll be shipping them out to everyone! So stay on the look out within the coming weeks! (We'll be sure to let you all know in the discord)


Future plans:
All in all, we continue to improve and make Vibe Night a better event, month by month, and we have many things planned for the future! Somethings, we can mention, but others are more secretive. (Until  a later date) For those that know, we've had the funds to commission a world for quite some time now. We will be working towards that objective much more in the coming weeks. So far our main issue has been locating a 3D world modeler to create the world and a Concept Design artist to make reference work of it. I am happy to say that we've found a Concept Design artist! But we are still looking for a 3D world modeler. If you know anyone who may be able to help us in this regard, please feel free to let us know!

Along with this, we looking forward to doing more collaborations with other events, clubs and communities! We wanna spread the love and positivity a little more with those around us! So expect more collaborations within the coming months with other communities! (We hope you all enjoyed our little collaborative after party with FloofDoof this March Vibe Night!)
