We've basically extended our lifespan massively already via better nutrition and antibiotics, workplace safety, etc, basically we've already made the biggest leaps in life extension. we can make minor improvements but by and large there are still things like brain degradation we can't really prevent after a certain point. Basically there is no hope for TJ-immortality because of his lifestyle. You like them drugs and food too much. The habits you need to follow to massively extend your lifespan you haven't been doing and probably won't do. You'll probably live a normal life span.
