Dictator is actually an anglicised version of the original roman term. In the languages derived from latin the adjective comes after the word so if the word is fully translated into english it comes out as tater dick, but they merely took the word wholly without understanding it's meaning. New research by the award winning scholar īmâd Ītup actually shows the phrase was likely meant to relate to the smallness of the penis which made it appear to round and knobbly, similar to a potato, and that this is also likely a common ancestor to the phrase "small potatoes".
