I'm 30 years old who stopped smoking and I take walks multiple times a day, yet when I eat crappy food too often I get this very weird sensation in my left arm and back region, like I'm very close to getting a heart attack or something... I bought one of those 10 packs of microwavable pizzas and by the time I had ate that whole pack (over span of a month maybe) I thought I was building up a heart attack. It's back to eating soup for me!
