Mel's sister is in a Daycare Only facility, no Overnight. This becomes important later.

Went to Pittsburgh years ago, briefly. Liked it. Just visited the site of Fort Pitt. Bushy Run was closed, since it was late.

Personally, I think, and I believe you'll come to agree, that ALL the actors and actresses in the series background deserve Emmies, with an overall grade, with just a couple of glitches, of A- or B+. Plus, let's not forget supporters like Nurse Kim and Nurse Jesse who are REAL ER workers, and helped train the cast. The whole series should win.

I think I heard that the two actors, that were the children of the Nursing Home dying patient in Episode 1, might be nominated for Emmies.

Noah Wyle, originally from '"ER" with a Mom who WAS an ER Nurse in LA for 30+years, is well on his way to an Emmy Nomination.

Also, Mel calls her sister near the end. Earlier in the episode, she mentioned she is the primary caretaker for her sister.

1:36 Primanti's in PIttsburgh is famous for their sandwiches. Thick fresh bread, your choice of meat/cheese with coleslaw and fries right on the sandwich. This made me smile.
