2025-07-09 23:03:09 +0000 UTCI don’t know if you caught it, but during Hama’s flashback, there was a Fire Nation ship that she and the other waterbenders trapped in ice. That’s the same ship that was booby-trapped in the first part of season 1 - the one that Aang and Katara were exploring in.

Good on shows like atla teaching kids that's not right!

What Hama had been trough, war, is far from right, but it doesen't excuse violence against innocents from that same nation. It's the root of the problem that needs to be adressed, the leaders in place making the deciscions to hurt others, not the villagers just living their lives 💜 more violence is never the answer 💜
