This is about the 5th time I have watched it and now I have to get serious about getting a new laser. I have had a Glowforge for about 6 years now and it just stopped working AGAIN!!! Long story short. Will you please tell me the name of the laser in the video and a list of how you ordered it so I can get the same one. From the sounds of things on your video. For another $1,000.00 I can get a much better laser than what I paid for the Glowforge. I have enjoyed and will be looking forward to many more of your videos. Thank you for your time, Jene
