Populating Lawrenceburg!

I don't know if this comes across in the game so far, but I struggle with naming things. Fortunately I've been able to make it work for major parts of the story, but Lawrenceburg has a lot of empty rooms at the moment.
So! I'd like your help in populating the University town of Lawrenceburg. This post is patrons-only, and if you have an NPC that you'd like to appear in town, just post a comment with the name of the NPC, and their one-liner that they say when spoken to ("Welcome to Corneria", that kind of thing). If you want to throw in other minor details (hair color, etc), I will try to put them in, but I want to make sure things fit with the world, so try to keep names and lines in-theme with the area. This is not the place for OCs, necessarily (These are just 'bit parts' where I won't be including portraits or more than one line of dialog), I'm just looking for some help in coming up with a diverse population. Students, professors, townsfolk are all fair game, so if you're feeling creative.
If this goes well and you guys have fun with it, perhaps we'll make this a tradition with other settlements as we travel the world! And if people would like to see their OCs included specifically, I might add a separate, limited Patron tier for that specific benefit. But that will be based on interest.
