“Akira's Disappearance” / 「Akiraの失踪」

First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize to my followers for not being active recently.

The past few months have been really tough, as my computer has been experiencing sudden shutdowns for over five months. During that time, I consulted with technicians, tried to repair it myself, and replaced parts, but I couldn't solve the problem.

Ultimately, I discovered that the water-cooling system had failed—and I had been using it in that state for about half a year without realizing it. As a result, there is a possibility that the CPU I recently replaced may have also been damaged.

Due to this situation, I had no choice but to take on a new job, and since I still cannot sustain myself solely through my art, this has led to what has been referred to as “Akira's disappearance.”

This announcement is solely intended to explain the circumstances of the past few months. I sincerely appreciate any support you can offer, and I deeply thank everyone who continues to watch over me.

Next week, I plan to post five packs that I managed to create despite the limitations of my PC. Those who have made requests, please rest assured. I will definitely prioritize them.

まず初めに、最近活動ができていなかったことを、フォロワーの皆さまに心よりお詫び申し上げます。

ここ数か月は本当に大変で、私のパソコンが5か月以上も突然シャットダウンする不具合を抱えていました。その間、技術者に相談したり、自分で修理を試みたり、部品を交換したりしましたが、なかなか解決できませんでした。

最終的に分かったのは、水冷クーラーが故障していたということです――しかも、その状態で約半年ほど気付かずに使用してしまいました。その影響で、最近交換したばかりのCPUまでもがダメージを受けてしまった可能性があります。

こうした状況から、新たに別の仕事をせざるを得なくなり、まだ自分のアートだけで生活できないこともあり、「Akiraの失踪」となってしまったのが主な理由です。

このお知らせは、あくまでここ数か月の経緯を説明するものです。どんな形であれ応援していただけることに、心から感謝しております。そして、今もなお見守り続けてくださっている皆さまに、深くお礼を申し上げます。
