[Idea_story] Vault Girl Valentine

You know, February is planned for me to be very big, and then I won’t have time to make a big story. But fortunately, I still have some developments in the bins, and one short story is dedicated to Vault Girl (picture for example), and ironically, the story is about February 14th. It's simple - our guy gives Vault Girl a Valentine, and she suddenly offers a better Valentine (if you know what I mean).

However, I still haven't decided who might be her partner in this story. Therefore, I propose in the comments to offer your idea of who this guy could be. ATTENTION! It is not necessary to take a Fallout character or monster, you can offer any character from any game. The main condition is an interesting combination.
