No New Comic [Again]; Apologies
Added 2017-11-12 19:29:43 +0000 UTCI posted a version of this on the main site, but I can't finish a comic this week. In addition to being sick, again, I've got some personal issues. I realize I've missed an unheard of amount of updates recently and I wish I could promise it won't happen again anytime soon but the fact is I'm looking for a new fulltime job and probably looking at a move in the immediate future, and, if I'm honest, probably a divorce, which I say not to be overly dramatic but to underscore the amount of crap I expect to be dealing with. As important as the comic is to me and as much as I appreciate your support, I have to take care of myself and my young son first. I wish I could do more to consistently repay your generosity and faith in me; it has always been deeply appreciated even if my output hasn't quite consistently reflected my gratitude.

You've been a consistent source of the most entertaining webcomic around and an overall decent person, so I'm saddened to hear about what life's droppin' on you. I absolutely wish you the best and still don't understand why you don't have more patrons - your art, storytelling and character design are top-notch, and you're far more consistent than people who make a lot more than you do. I wish I had more to offer than a little money and some well wishes, but for now I hope they'll be enough. Buck up, hon, and kick some ass out there. We're lookin' forward to seein' you come out on top.
