I was expecting to learn what it means for the mating when the sound gets raspy and low... is he old and of no interest for female crickets or does he show that he has good genes and was able to survive for a long time? I'm a layperson, those are my first two thoughts, but it would have been interesting to know. That felt a bit cut off to me, but as always a great video!
