I just woke up this morning to receive the news that my father was hospitalized with chest pain. He is in the ICU.
He has already had three heart attacks in the past, and now his health is very delicate. He is also anemic, has kidney deficits, and pre-diabetes.
I know that this is in Portuguese, but I wanted to show you guys what my brother sent me.
Rafael is my brother and Josi is my father's wife.
"Good morning Rafael! Eduardo is hospitalized at the Cardiology Institute again. He had been experiencing pain for a week, even denying it when I pressed him in every way because I was suspicious of his behavior. Yesterday night, the pain became so strong that he asked me to take him to the hospital. I left there at 5 am already knowing that he will be staying there. Carol was there now, he's going to the ICU, and he will undergo a catheterization today or tomorrow. You will have to come and help take care of him.
Josi sent me this message this morning.
I don't know yet, Rafa, because he is still in the emergency room and will be transferred to the ICU this morning. I don't know the visiting hours of the ICU, we can only visit him there. They haven't defined the date/time of the catheterization yet. He is also anemic, has renal deficit, and pre-diabetes. When they define the catheterization, someone needs to be there to talk to the doctor."
