Its new knowledge for me that I can decide by if the word important or not. When I study English, I should be carefully about Articles more. Ill try translation again. Mostly you're missing Definite Articles but Japanese doesn't have them. So 猫 covers everything where in English it would be A Cat for one cat that isn't important or The Cat for one important cat, like your pet cat. As an Example of both "No-No, Don't Touch Me. It's against rules inserting at school." should be "No-No, Don't Touch Me. Inserting(/Insertion) at School is against The Rules." Also, I really liked the art style you used here. It makes everything much more fun.
