Taking a break for a few days

For the past few days I've been in a pretty shitty spot mentally, and it's been getting worse, especially given that this birthday has been mostly very empty and lonesome. Down to the point where the experience I had a couple days ago, paired with this has me feeling miserable.
To put it briefly: I feel like shit and I've been very irritable and I need some time to get myself back to feeling at least half decent

You dont have to post on time. Its ok to take time for yourself bubblefox. Dont lose yourself in this. Take it from a man who's been doing what he loved for 10 years only to make a job out of it
