Paypal, Patreon, Subscribestar, and the future.
Added 2019-02-23 21:33:08 +0000 UTCSo due to changes in Paypal's terms of service, along with a longstanding tend of hostility towards creators of content that is NSFW or otherwise ideologically motivated reasons, I can no longer risk using patreon as my sole source of income. What does that mean? Well, for a start, this month is the last month I will be using patreon. There'll still be a vote post for next week, but all future vote posts will be hosted on subscribestar (assuming subscribestar has some kinda built-in poll system?), which is where I'll be migrating over the course of March. Everything there will be the same as it is here, same rewards and same content. It's just I'll not be risking paypal and patreon holding my income hostage.
That's all for now. I will make another post when I'm officially pulling the plug on patreon, and just for good measure will be switching back to paid posts so any of y'all who don't notice this and stay patron'd will not have to worry about throwing money into the void. Thanks so much for all the support y'all've given me here, it really helped a lot, and I hope to see you once my subscribestar goes active properly!
