Yo. Handstands are a numbers game! Up against the wall is where to start. Over time u will build more power, just don’t stop.

I’m curious how you program a routine with the goal of getting better at handstands. Like progression work for someone who doesn’t know where to advance from general strength training. Love the insight, thank you!
