Status Update - Next Steps
Added 2024-04-11 17:57:49 +0000 UTCI seriously underestimated the amount of code there is in the current build. Going through each individual line to update the transitions is taking longer than I expected. I'm about 3/4 of the way through now so it won't be much longer but as I went through, I discovered a lot of things I wanted to fix along the way. The sex scene at the end of Day 1 was a 2-frame animation, so I re-rendered that as a standard 12-frame animation, there were a couple images completely missing that caused errors, so those got rendered, I noticed that there was some dialog from Day 2 in the hot tub that indicated Chris and Tasha were fooling around while the step-mother was away but the renders did not depict that, so I went back and added a couple renders for different variations of that and as I got to Day 3, the scenes of the bridesmaids and groomsmen picking up their wedding attire had really bad lighting and all the renders are grainy, so I want to go through and redo those to clean it up. Since combing through all the code was taking so long and with the new GPU, render times being about 1/6th the time it used to take, I was able to complete the next scene of Day 4 as well, so the upcoming release will have 2 new scenes instead of just one and they're fairly big scenes. I'm hoping to have it all out this upcoming weekend, depending on what else I find. I know the horrible grass from Day 3 is an eye-sore, but I'll leave that for now.
