Three weeks ago, I sent y'all a survey to decide the future of this Patreon! Here's what you said (on average):

• Strong NO: Dropping the $1 tier. (Whew! I'm relieved this was so decisive)
• NO: Monthly vlogs / Q&A livestreams / weekly builds / digital wallpapers / Discord name rewards
• Neutral: Patreon-exclusive Discord / different "your-name-in-credits" rewards
• YES: 24-hour early access / drop or increase the Hand-Drawn Character reward / high-level no-extra-reward tiers
• Strong YES: Photos from my sketchbook / a monthly What's Nicky Learning? post

Furthermore, in your comments, I was surprised (and moved!) that most of you don't care about the rewards, and just want to support me making stuff. Thank you :,)

So, here's what's changing!

1. I'll retire the Hand-Drawn Peeps next month – they were fun to make, but gawd they took forever. But before I do, 💥I just opened up 10 new Limited Hand-Drawn Peep slots! Get 'em!💥 You can increase your pledge for just this month, then after Dec 3rd (when pledges are processed) you can return to your original level, I'll remove the tier, then draw THE FINAL PEEPS. (In time for a Christmas present??) 
2. Still undecided on this, leave a comment to let me know your thoughts: Maybe $2/mo becomes "get a permanently archived spot on a Wall of Thanks" (like CGP Grey does), and $5/mo becomes "your name directly in game credits"? On one hand, it could incentivize higher pledges and let me write name credits at a font size bigger than 10px (which I had to do for Adventures With Anxiety)... on the other hand, does this feel like I'm "downgrading" the $2/mo tier? What do you think? 
3. I'll also do everything you voted as YES/Strong YES: 24-hour early access, high-level no-extra-reward tiers, and 🎉a monthly combined What's Nicky Learning? + Design Doodles post! 🎉

As you can tell by my gratuitous use of emoji, I'm excited for that last thing, because it's win-win-win:

• You get to learn what I'm learning more often
• By sharing what I learn, I better consolidate my memory, and find gaps in my current knowledge
• You can teach me stuff too! Stuff I missed, links/resources I need to try, etc.
• I can use the What's Nicky Learning half to "test" the outlines of future explainers I do
• I can use the Design Doodles half to get feedback on early designs
