announcement regarding commissions

Hello sponsors, I am planning to change the permissions for commission applications in the future.

- I plan to move the commission application opportunity that was included in the $50 tier to the $10 tier. (It is not a guaranteed opportunity. It is literally an opportunity to apply.)

- Applications for the $10 tier commission form will be accepted through the Google form in the Discord commission channel.

- Going forward, commissions will not be conducted every month. (This is to focus more on Patreon-shared artwork and to receive a greater variety of character requests, rather than commissions.)

- I plan to select and draw a character I think is suitable for drawing among the commissioned characters requested. (The selection criteria includes design, but long-term sponsors will be taken into consideration to some extent)
