Hey my brother, I'm not entirely sure, since I'm not the one who does the work on the Lua scripts; it's our friend Faiz Mohamad who provides that resource for us... but I think that to avoid modifying a specific team, you would have to edit the script.
For example, if you open the script and select the team you chose, like I selected Arsenal in this example ๐ธ๐

...Deleting and saving that script and then importing it will certainly not make any changes to the players you deleted... I don't know if it's the most correct way to do it, but it should work ๐

Bro, after the new mode is released, when applying the new LUA Script to the players, if Idon't want to change the boots configuration of the team I have chosen, what should I do?

It's certainly not related to our mods; we've been using them normally since releasing our first mod for FC26, and nobody has reported this type of problem.
Check if it's not some other mod or combination causing incompatibility... as a last resort, I would recommend repairing your game in the EA app, deleting the Mod Manager and downloading it again, and if you're having trouble running it, use the Live Editor which has been fundamental for using mods in FC26.
Also, make sure you are always using mods compatible with your game's Title Update. I'll leave some more recommendations here ๐๏ธ๐
๐ Do not use other Boots mods from other Modders together, as this may cause incompatibility.

๐ For all the Boots & GK Gloves to appear in the game, you must use the mods in the order and position I recommend. The image is inside the Bootpack folder ๐๐

...With the Unlock mod in that exact position, as the highest priority, at the very bottom of the list of mods applied in the Mod Manager, it's number #1 on the list.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
...If you are using them in the correct order, and still not all the boots are appearing, it is very likely that the Unlock Mod is not working properly, in this case, perform this procedure ๐
- Do not allow the game to connect to the internet, if it did before, delete the ''assets'' file in the **settings folder of the FC26 and put the EA app in offline mode before running the Mod Manager.
**if you can't find the settings folder this video will help you ๐

- Try the alternative method ''Delete FIFAModData and launch'' of running Mod Manager ๐ธ๐

If there is incompatibility with another mod you are using (whether it's your own mod or one from another creator), I provide the primary files for our Unlock Shoes & GK Gloves inside the "Unlock Tables" folder.
This is the mod that edits the database and may be incompatible with mods that function similarly.
In this case, it will be necessary to include these files from the Unlock Tables folder in the other mod that is having incompatibility issues... if it's your personal mod, you should import these files into your mod's database using the FIFA Editor Tool in your project, save, and re-export the mod.
If it's a mod from another creator, I recommend trying to contact them and see if they can do this.
