Added 2021-06-14 09:42:30 +0000 UTCNew OC time! Her true name shall not be spoken by mere mortals but you can call her Reika. She's one of the major players (punintended) in Ruuka's universe, with most of her background being shrouded in mystery.
Clothes still WIP since I'm just throwing random things at her and seeing what sticks.
