One chapter ends, another begins

Chapter Ends: The Pratchett Story
Man.
This has been a trip. Longest thing I've ever written, and easily the most ambitious. I've never quite had a piece take on a life of its own in this way, and as much as it's cost me (this Terry Pratchett series has been in progress for the better part of a year now...), it's been a worthwhile experience.
Would I do it again? No.
Am I happy I did it this time, though? All told, yes.
Ultimately, I think it's a really solid story, and a lot of fun to boot. The comedy isn't quite Pratchett's calibur, but I'm not a comedy writer, and I'm sure has heck not Pratchett. I think you guys will have a lot of fun with it, despite it's gargantuan size.
I've got three scenes left to write, but they're really simple in that: A. There's no new setting to describe (which has been one of the hardest parts of writing this thing), and B. The character dynamics are a lot simpler.
So there you go. Soon you'll be getting a new video, and the first novella by yours truly.
Keep your eyes peeled—I'll be posting more scenes from the WIP soon!
Chapter Begins: The New Team
Before I go on, I wanna warn you that this is all very experimental. We're trying something new here, and the potential for it to payoff is tremendous.
I've come to terms with the fact that I can't write short stories and make Tale Foundry on my own. Not even with Felipe's help. It's been hard to accept, but there you have it. No matter what I do, it's gotten harder and harder to keep this juggling act up, and while writing this short story I came dangerously close to axing one of the two...
But then I figured out how to solve my problem.
I'm hiring on not one, but two co-writers to help me research and plan episodes/lists.
This way, by the time I'm done writing a short story, there'll be material for me to just polish up, record, and go straight to editing. The turn-over time for a video should still be in the ball park of four weeks (5-6 for stories), but that's a whole lot more palatable than the 8-12 we've been trudging through.
You'll meet our newbies properly pretty soon if all goes well. If you're in the discord server you may have met them already.

Anyway, that's it for now! Thanks for being so patient with me while I work through this monster of a story. I think it'll be worth it in the end, but it's been tough going not uploading anything for months and months while I try to finish this.
Creation is a learning process, and a creative career that process in perpetuity.
Thanks for joining me on the ride. <3
