shane update #6969

i filmed a whole update video but it was just me having therapy with myself and pretending i was being productive lol so im gonna summarise instead

what i am thinking at this present moment with the shane video is that i will make it in 3 parts. there are a few reasons im doing this, mostly to relieve some of the pressure i feel at this huge undertaking. i think ive said a few times about how ive written like 30k words (approx 3 hours) and feel like ive barely scratched the surface, to just keep working away at one big video and not know what the limit is is not good for my adhd (i love deadlines), and also not financially possible (cos i get paid when i post lol). i also think it may genuinely improve the finished products as i have been struggling a lot with structure. i think the seb video is around my limit for video length, anything more than that and i cant remember everything i need to remember lol

THAT BEING SAID here is my current plan for the parts:

PART ONE: LORE

idk if lore is the right word tbh. background? basically just the 'intro' information

• likes and dislikes (ALL OF THEM)

• relationships

• backstory including speculation, headcanons, investigations

• 0h dialogue & festival dialogue

• his 1.07 version

• the original shane dialogue i found in the files

• all the random stuff i cant stop thinking about so like what colour is his hair? what shirt does he wear? socks and sandals??

• and i can incorporate some of the data from the questionnaire too

• probably more lol. literally just an info dump with me being h*rny

PART TWO: FRIENDSHIP

working title once again lol

• 2 hearts to 8 hearts scenes

• talking more in depth about his alcohol issues and mental health (including some questionnaire answers)(

• more in depth abt his relationships w jas and marnie

• not a lot i can put here yet but you know i will yap about his heart events for hours cmon

PART THREE: ROMANCE

aw yeah now hes my boyfriend/husband and the world makes sense

• giving him the bouquet, 10h scene, engagement, marriage, 14h scene

• messy room discussion/defense

• summit dialogue / theoretical divorce that i will never actually do

• anything else so like conclusion etc

okay so yeah as you can see the first one has more granular planned out detail cos its mostly written by now. all the videos would be at LEAST two hours. yeah the first one will probably be 3 hours lmfao

so i guess i wanna run it by you guys cos you're my PATRONS you PATRONISE me (in the GOOD way) so like you should get a say you know? what do u think?? if you have constructive criticism i can take it i welcome it <3 im being serious like whatever feedback u have im here im open im listening im learning

also ive had a few ideas for thumbnails my main one is me dressing up as him and laying down in the grass like the iconic pic of him that i use in all the vids lol
