Simplenick's Rewards Message (plz read)

October and september awards just arrived! Stickers and keychains!! I'll be taking picks to show y'all in the morning! We'll be spending all tomorrow getting orders fuffilled, and i have already contacted everyone who is missing any month so I need to take a second to be honest rn.

The hardest part about a lot of this is that even when we mess up, and try to reach out to everyone via dm (3 times now) email, and even pin on the end of post saying "if you are missing anything at this point please contact us!" and I will have months later people finally letting me know the mail didn't arrive- its very difficult mentally. It creates a very heavy weight on my chest- we periodically dm making sure everyone received things, and often get no response if that wasn't the case. Often very angry with us. I let y'all know the second I mail something, and so if things havent arrived, I want to fix that as soon as I can.

Sticker mail goes out via stamps, and as of July, moo club goes out via tracked mail. But sometimes things happen. I'm not trying to blame anyone, but it's hard to try to fix something and be told months later we never reached out. It's hard not getting burnt out bc I feel even if we do our best to check in, months from now, I'll find out something went wrong.

I want to continue this patreon, I enjoy creating for it. but if you are missing anything from befor august and we have not touched base on it, please let me know before October 31st. this is the last date I'll be remediating past rewards! please don't be shy, I want to get things fixed, I'm looking forward to the future rewards, and I'm thankful for everyone. I really am.
