2025-12-10 18:01:33 +0000 UTCOMG. Stay was one of my favorites from this album. I got a little emotional on that one. Never feeling like you are enough for a person has to be so hard. So glad she got rid of Lyndell. Also, Kandi Burruss from the group Xscape was the co writer on Say my name. She has walls full of awards with Beyonce/Destiny’s Child name on it because of songs she’s had a hand in writing. You can usually pick out her songs because they can be a bit wordy. Lol. Yea, I didn’t know about the founder when I was younger but watching documentaries and interviews the girls have mentioned her and did a tribute when she passed. Unfortunately, I think the public likes the narrative that Beyoncé’s dad is the reason she was the lead singer.
