As seen in the BDC comic on FA, Cal established a very special relationship with a pair of Polar Bears, father and son.
Of course he loves them both but from time to time, one of them likes to have the wolf for a simple night of fun, both bears living under the same roof makes it difficult, so Mikey thought that with his Dad working late, he could get his shot...he thought wrong.
