Added 2023-05-29 19:22:02 +0000 UTCWrapping up the main story arc of this update. I also went back and added a new scene to Annie's second quest (Jen stomach dungeon) as well as re-themed the enemies in there. They're little goobers of living fat now.
I'm gonna add a new sidequest as well this update before doing a full release! This is where the mainline arc ends. It's probably the most tonally dark and lore-heavy segment so far, so I want to include something more lighthearted alongside it.

2023-05-29 21:36:39 +0000 UTCHmm. Zen, I appear to have discovered a bug. Cat and Annie are still in the party after I went to the lab. Cat doesn't have a sprite, and her status description says she should never appear in the party, so I assume she's not supposed to be there. This is my third time playing through this content and the first time I've encountered it, so I'm not sure what's causing it. Let me know if there's any way I can help. Also is Cat meant to act on her own during the fight? I can command everyone in the party but her. Also, good job on the new content. I dunno if I can say that the worst is over, but this is definitely a way for the characters to start moving forward. Glad Amber gets to keep her mutations, for obvious reasons, but I kinda feel bad for Janet. I hope plant girl gets a W in the future. Upon replaying John's sidequest following your hint regarding the timeline, I've happened upon two periods of time. The calendar says the students were sent home a week before prom. After looking it up, I've found that proms are usually held in April or March. The menu in the cafeteria is from May 12th, so I assume that's close to when shit started to pop off. Then again, considering real life, I can't really put faith in the United States' speed of reaction to a virus.
