Life/work update!

My fiancé just left last night so I'll start working on renders now. I spent this month working on ideas and the script because I wanted to spend as much time as I could with her. Our situation is complicated and we have to go through a lot of paperwork before I can move to where she is so we only get to meet once a year :/ I really wanted to work on renders too but to be honest I couldn't focus because as of now we just get to see each other for 30 days every year so my heart wasn't fully in render work because all I could think about is how our time together is so limited. We're hopeful though and if the paperwork is all good, I'll move to her by next year and if that doesn't work out then she'll move to me.
I've written up a couple of scenes so I'll start render previews and weekly updates from the next post. I've paused payments for this month and might pause them for the next one too depending on how I'm feeling progress wise. The game and you guys are an important part of my life too so I don't want to feel like I'm taking any of it for granted. You support me by subscribing and I'll always make sure I don't misuse that. Please know that pausing payments won't impact me too negatively so it's all good. I'd rather have a clear conscience than the extra money.
I also haven't been on discord while she was here because I just wanted to focus on us so if any of you are on my discord, please let the people there know that I'll be back on discord for the next weekly update if anyone asks.

2024-03-08 20:06:52 +0000 UTCI wonder what shitty situation your two countries have to be in in order to prevent fiances tro see each other on a regular basis and what bureaucracy they force onto you so you can only manage to meet once a year. Ever since I met my wife we've been separeted for no more than four days max. When in the early days I realized living where I lived would mean I couldn't see her on a daily basis I dropped everything and left all behind - home, job, friends, family - to move right to her. Never did I look back in regret to that decision. It is so much easier to built a new life from ground up than living without the one person in your life that means everything to you. Wishing you all the best to sort all this out with your fiance and find a good and working solution you both will be happy with.

Your private life is yours alone and even when it impacts us, I understand. Having said all of that, I also understand the value of sharing our personal lives with others. Sometimes it helps us to share because by sounding it out to others, we can view it more objectively from an outside point of view. Keep up the great work!
