D.Va's Arcade Preview Renders and Update

  Whew! I finally have D.Va's Arcade and Tickle Cabinet set (mostly) done and the machine rigged and ready to go. I've spent the last 10 or so days building it out, blocking, texturing, and rigging, and I'm quite happy with the vibe that's been created here. 

  We have a small, moody set. Still working a bit on the lighting but I think it's mostly there. Some nice fog and some nice glow. Should be a good ambience for what will soon become an intense tickle scenario. 

  You may have noticed by now, but I prefer a small and packed set over a large and empty one. I like to have little details in every corner of the frame to make it feel like you're really there. 

  In this case, one of those details is the "Prize" area of the arcade, where denizens can trade in their credits for all sorts of goodies, some of which are little chibi versions of some of our favorite Overwatch gals. 

  I may have spent too much time on these little buggers, but I like to think these small details pay off. 

  You can catch a glimpse of the "Dr. Moira" arcade cabinet in the first shot. I need to make at least two more "custom" Overwatch themed arcade games. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know! I'm thinking a play on Donkey Kong with Winston is an option...

  I have the audio ready to go and the shots blocked, so the next few weeks will be spent animating and putting in some final touches on the set. My tentative goal is to get this sucker out approx. this month, give or take a week. Getting the set and rigging done is honestly one of the more challenging steps (each device requires custom rigging), and with that out of the way, it's time to hone in and start graphing out those curves.
