P.S. To use a Sim as a teacher, they must have the following hidden traits:
Teacher 1: traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_HighSchool_NPC_Teacher1
Teacher 2: traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_HighSchool_NPC_Teacher2
