That's why I manually send out the rewards one-on-one every month to everyone, with different rewards for each tier. However, Patreon's system is terrible. Every month, I have people who disappear from the system because they canceled their membership. For example, if you subscribe in October and then cancel, when I go to send out the rewards on October 30th, you won't appear in the system's list. I have over 20,000 names on the list, so it's impossible for me to check them individually.
