Hurricane Hannah sent us a ton of rain!
Unfortunately my mom's home flooded, again.
Tho we were better prepared this time, we were able to elevate furniture, prepare our pets and keep them safe, and we packed and hunkered down at my sister's home, where it didn't flood but the power did go out.
We've been cleaning up since the water receded and I'm exhausted.
I'm hoping to go into August with less stress and draw something lol

I was wondering how you were faring down there since the Corpus area was said to have been hit pretty hard by it. I am glad that you and your family are okay and were at least able to prepare for it. Very sorry it has caused some turmoil for you. I do hope things get back to normal for you guys very soon and that this month does, indeed, prove to be more beneficial for you. Please do not worry about the delays. As always, it is very understandable. Just be sure to take it easy as you've been working hard with your family and resume posting whenever you are ready :D
