I'm glad you got it working! Sometimes it's really just about letting the connection happen. The last time I contacted Patreon support about this, that's really the only answer they gave me. It's especially bad during the beginning of the month, they said.

2022-01-03 04:06:46 +0000 UTCI seem to be running into this issue too. I've reset my permissions here on Patreon and logged out and logged back in on the site but it's not working still. Still stuck in the permissions loop on the site

2021-09-09 03:35:45 +0000 UTCNot sure if you ever resolved this issue, but I was having a similar experience; getting stuck in verifying over and over, until I tried hitting the Log-in button on the website and clicking log-in with Patreon, and it synced up first time no issue.
