I subscribed to your service, but most of the videos are not playable on the platform, as you mentioned. You stated that all content is available on your Telegram channels, but despite checking carefully, I cannot find any link or clear instructions on how to access them.
Please send me the correct links to the Telegram channels corresponding to my subscription level as soon as possible.
If that’s not possible, or if I don’t receive a clear response promptly, I will request a refund, as the service I paid for is currently not being delivered.
