Yes, it's true, I've still never seen anything Star Wars related. I know, I need to. Also, I know Twi'lek's don't have hair. The cannon explanation is, we wanted this to be a cosplay kind of thing and a person wouldn't have really shaved their head just to win a costume contest. The technical explanation is, I needed to hide the head tendril attachment. ><
