A Stress Free Life (man to woman to hucow)

“Come on Rhys! Five more minutes! You can do it!”
Others in the gym glanced over at the thirty-three-year-old man who apparently, forgot how to use his inner monologue. His earbuds were blaring music as he pushed harder on the stationary bike. The bike beeped, signaling the end of the time and Rhys hopped off, proud of his new personal best for distance traveled. The five-foot, eleven-inch man walked, a bit warily, to the scale, hoping to see a drop in weight. Granted, he wasn’t exactly fat, but his high stress job of being an air traffic controller would often mean unhealthy snacking and lots of microwaved burritos. “Come on, can I break two thirty?”
Stepping on, Rhys exhaled, relaxing his body as much as possible, in an attempt to get his desired number. The scale read two hundred thirty-one point two. Defeated, he went to the locker room and changed his clothes, choosing not to shower at the gym. “No point in showering here, it’s not like I’ve got anyone to go home to anyway.”
Indeed, Rhys was single and not too happy about it either. He was a decent guy, at least in his mind. He wasn’t bad looking either and had a good paying job. It just wasn’t fair! Opening the door to his two-bedroom apartment, Rhys tossed his keys on the table and plopped down in front of his computer. Pulling up a dating website, he found no messages, and no matches. Rhys slammed his fist down on the desk. “Dammit! Why is dating so complicated?! I see guys way uglier than me with someone. What can’t things just be simple?”
Simple. That word was enough to make Rhys smile. Closing the dating site, he found himself reading stories on various websites. Most of the stories he found exciting were those where a person was released from their insane life. Most of those stories revolved around bimbos and while Rhys appreciated the simplistic nature of the women, it wasn’t enough. Even in those forms, the women would still have to walk around, talk, and work. Rhys wanted the epitome of simplicity! While not as written about, he had found a few stories where a person was transformed into an animal. The only problem with many of those stories, is that the person was usually trapped inside the animal, unable to act, but still able to think like a human.
After a quick shower, Rhys played video games for an hour or so and went to bed. Laying there, Rhys stared at the ceiling, wondering if there was a way to have both the simplicity, and the luxury of not having any stressors or having to work. He closed his eyes and quietly whispered, “I wish I could just escape all this madness. The work, the rejection, the bills… I just want it all to go away.”
The following day was even worse than the previous day. One of the other controllers was sick so Rhys had to work a double shift. The entire day was a disaster. His boss was extra irritable and took it out on him, his lunch break was cut short due to an emergency, and to cap it off, his car had gotten side-swiped! Of course, the security cameras weren’t working where he had parked. When he left work, Rhys debated going to the gym. He was tired and it had already been a long day. Still, the tightness around his midsection made him turn into the gym parking lot.
Trudging through the gym, Rhys got to the locker room, changing into his workout clothes. A quick warm-up later, Rhys made his way to a stationary bike and got on. He cursed under his breath, realizing he had left his earbuds in the car, but was too lazy to go out and get them. It was rather silly to be lazy while at a gym, but all he wanted to do was put his time in on the bike and go home. “Excuse me darlin’, mind if I use the bike next to you?”
Rhys turned his head toward the voice, and nearly fell off the bike. Standing there was a red-haired woman with piercing violet eyes. Her body was that of a fitness model. A tight cutoff shirt and sports bra covered her ample chest, while a pair of spandex shorts hugged her wide hips and firm backside. On her left breast was a vibrant Phoenix tattoo. “Oh uhhh… yeah no one’s using it.”
She got on it and warmed up herself. Rhys had to stop himself from staring at her thighs, which twitched each time she pressed down to pedal. There was no ring on her finger either, though he was certain a woman like that would have to have a boyfriend. Still, he mustered up what courage he could find and cleared his throat. “So, come around here often?”
If Rhys’s mind was able to be heard, it would be streaming an extensive line of obscenities for what might have been the dumbest line in the history of the world. The redhead however, simply smiled and shook her head. “Not really. Usually I work out elsewhere, but something drew me to come in here, at this time, and come to this bike. Perhaps you know why?”
The confusion was written all over his face. “I’m sorry? How would I know why you came in here?”
“How strange. I could have sworn it was you that whispered a plea last night. If I’m mistaken than please forgive me.”
Rhys’s blood drained from his face. He couldn’t have said it loud enough for anyone to hear. There was no one around! “H-how did you know that?”
“Ah, so you are the one I was looking for! Darlin’? You might want to pedal. Your machine is about to turn off.”
He was quick to start pedaling again though his eyes were locked on the woman. She smiled, pedaling faster while speaking in the same sing-song voice. “I must warn you that my time here cannot be long. It takes a lot of willpower to remain at this size.”
“You mean you made yourself larger to come in here? How is that possible?”
“I’ve got all kinds of tricks up my sleeves. To answer your question, no. I didn’t make myself larger. I had to make myself smaller otherwise I would draw too much attention.”
Rhys shook his head, seemingly unable to comprehend that. The woman was six feet tall and perfectly toned. As she pedaled faster, Rhys could see her thighs thickening ever so slightly while her sneakers appeared a little tighter as well. “Now Rhys, would you like to go somewhere else to talk? I know a really quiet coffee shop just around the corner.”
She winked and smiled again, this time a little wider. It was then he noticed her canine teeth were longer than he’d ever seen. “Sure. I wasn’t really wanting to work out today anyway. Do I have time to take a shower?”
“I’m afraid not. Don’t worry though, you don’t smell too bad. By the way, my name is Phoenix.”
She stopped pedaling and stepped off the machine. It was more obvious her lower body had gotten larger as the seams of her shoes were beginning to rip. Rhys stood up and found himself a good four inches shorter than Phoenix, even though they were near the same height when she first showed up. They walked out the door, with Rhys increasingly more nervous with each step. “Would coffee be like, a date?”
Phoenix ran her fingers through her long, red hair and smiled. “Sure, why not?”
Once at the shop, Rhys was surprised that he hadn’t seen this particular place before. What’s more, it seemed that the employees were all in some kind of fantasy costumes. Rhys took a seat while Phoenix walked to the front counter, placing an order for two coffees. The white-haired cat girl smiled brightly, her eyes gleaming and got to work on them. Sitting down, Phoenix had grown another few inches and her shoes were ripped across the seams. “Hmmm, I suppose keeping these on is silly at this point. Now, what is it you really want darlin’?”
The growth of Phoenix was mesmerizing, but Rhys shook his head, focusing instead on the question. “What do I want? You know, what any man wants. A good job, to be physically fit, and a girlfriend.”
Her violet eyes sparkled in the light streaming through the window. “Sure, that would be something most men would want, but I don’t think you’re being honest with me. A good job comes with stress. Fitness comes with perseverance and discipline. A girlfriend comes with constant thinking about how to please and keep her. As well as anxiety, hoping that you are doing enough to keep her happy. Is that really what you want?”
The white-haired cat girl brought the coffee over. “It’s best to tell the truth to Miss. She knows when someone isn’t being completely honest.”
The neko’s emerald eyes blinked, and she excused herself, skipping back to behind the counter. Rhys sighed and looked into Phoenix’s eyes, which were a bit higher up again. “I’m sick of trying to achieve the euphoria that comes with having everything and failing. I just want a simple life, free of all these thoughts of self-doubt, and that I’m not good enough! I don’t want to have stress at my job. In fact, I don’t want stress at all!”
“Now that’s more like what I thought. Better drink this before it gets cold.”
Pushing the coffee towards Rhys, Phoenix sipped her own, closing her eyes slightly as the warm caffeinated drink went down her throat. Heeding her advice, Rhys took a drink as well. The taste was something different from the drip coffee he was used to. This was very sweet and thick, almost like a heavy cream consistency. Although it was hot, the consistency felt more like a milkshake. Taking a few more long drinks from the cup, Rhys looked up. “This is an interesting taste. What did you order?”
“For me? A Chai Tea. Too much caffeine for me can lead to… well, let’s not talk about it. For you? It’s a unique blend of coffee and cream. You’d never find it anywhere else, nor will you ever find it again.”
Sitting there, Rhys felt a wave of heat wash over his body. He must have gotten sweatier than he originally thought as his pants and shirt were both very tight. “Never find it again? Why’s that?”
He drank more of the coffee, seemingly oblivious to the fact that his shorts were straining, much like Phoenix’s shoes were earlier. In addition, his shirt was raising up off his midsection due to his chest forming two, very feminine breasts. His eyes were glued to hers, as though in a trance. “Well see darlin’, that coffee was made just for you. Didn’t you think, how you’ve never seen this coffee shop before, even though it’s a block from the gym?”
“Think? I guess I didn’t really think about it at all.”
As Rhys sipped more of the tasty beverage, his legs thickened while his shoes became tight, but on the sides more than the front or back. Two small bumps formed on his head while a thin tail began to grow out from his spine. Phoenix merely smiled, sipping her tea. “It’s alright darlin’. Thinking is highly overrated anyway, don’t you think?”
“Think? I think… so? Or maybe not…”
Scratching his head, Rhys found himself in a bit of a haze. There was something about Phoenix’s eyes that made focusing more difficult. The coffee was half empty before Rhys took two large gulps. Phoenix leaned back in the chair, her height nearly seven feet now while her fitness-type body thickened, becoming a bit bulkier. Rhys thickened as well, but in completely different parts. He became aware that his clothing was ill-fitting, to say the least. Looking down, he could not see his lap, as his breasts had grown by leaps and bounds. They were heavy but did not sag any more than breasts half the size. Shifting his feet, Rhys heard the distinct clopping sound a hoof would make. “Phoe… Phoenix?”
The bumps broke through his skin, though he felt no pain. Shifting again, Rhys felt his shorts become so tight around the hips and backside, he gasped. “Yes darlin’? Is there something you want to say?”
“I… I…”
The voice coming out was higher in pitch than Rhys was used to. It was at that moment, he moved a hand to his lap. Inhaling sharply, Rhys’s eyes widened as the horns on her head grew a bit more, protruding three inches out of her forehead. Her tail swished back and forth as she stared at Phoenix. The tall redhead sipped her tea, prompting Rhys to drink as well, finishing the cup. Her breasts ballooned outward to the size of cantaloupes, then to basketballs in the blink of an eye. “Phoenix… it’s hard… to…”
“… think? Not to worry darlin’! You don’t have to worry about that my dear. I’m going to give you a wonderful job where you won’t have to worry about stress. You won’t be paid, but you won’t be needing money any longer either. I will make sure you are well taken care of. How does that sound?”
Rhys placed her hands, which were smaller now at the bottom of her breasts as they became heavier and larger. Two dark spots appeared over her nipples, staining the shirt which was barely hanging on. “No more thinking? I would love that!”
Phoenix snapped her fingers and the white-haired cat girl ran over. Kneeling down on the floor, she lifted a small pillow that had a collar on it. Attached to that collar was a large bell. “Here you are Miss. Shall I prepare the vehicle?”
Leaning over, Phoenix clicked the collar around Rhys’s neck. “I don’t think we will have time my dear. Rhys looks eager to earn her keep at our little farm.”
The cat girl nodded and stood up. “Very well Miss. I shall see you in an hour.”
Rhys felt her eyes become heavy as Phoenix picked her up without any issue. The kitty sighed, as the coffee shop around her reverted to a vacant space. “I do wish Miss would let me know before I drive out to places. It’s a long drive back and I’ll have no one to talk with!”
An hour later, the kitty arrived at the farm and walked out to the barn area. Upon walking in, a long, loud moan echoed through the rafters. Rhys’s eyes were rolled back in her head while Phoenix checked the pumping machine. “I see Rhys is enjoying her new job?”
Grinning from ear to ear, Phoenix nodded. “Not only is she enjoying herself, but her production is out of this world. I have a feeling our new dairy cow is going to need several milking sessions a day. I suspect each milking will be at least an hour, maybe longer.”
Rhys moaned even louder hearing that. A simple life was what she wanted. One with a euphoric feeling knowing you have everything you could possibly need. The machine continued to pump sending pleasure through her like she’d never felt before. When empty, she wandered the farmland, resting under a tree, or mingling with the other inhabitants who were welcoming and accepting of her. No rejection, no bills, no worries? It was a life better than Rhys had even dreamed of.
