Lesson 1 Part 1 - How To Fix Just About Anything Electronic!

In this video we build a circuit together on a breadboard, then look at the affects the components have on the working/operating circuit. This build and information will benefit you when searching for issues related to this type of circuit, so common in much of the equipment today. You will learn how to set up the test equipment involved, to prepare yourself before you even start troubleshooting. This video is "loaded" with beneficial information for all electronic skill levels.

Wow, busy. Can anyone explain why @ 1khz & 10mvpp I'm seeing blured sine waves on my DS1202Z-E? function generator AE20125 and signal generator SDS1204X . https://photos.app.goo.gl/MnPfnDp3QfSZysW39

Can a signal generator be used in place of a function generator? I have a cheap signal generator from amazon currently. If i keep with the written down circuit provided by paul, my output gets pulled down to nothing if i leave the 22k base resistor installed. if i remove that i get a very good output signal but the negative swing of the sine is clipped flat. any thoughts? i have pared down the provided circuit as i was having issues getting it to work as written down.
