I am a 69-year-old retired R.N. from Vernon, B.C. who has rekindled his passion for electronics. I am working through an electronics course “a non-credit course” out of Lake Washington Technical College in Kirkland, Washington via YouTube. They use the textbook "Introduction To Electronics" by Author Earl Gates, a great textbook in my opinion. The instructor is Joe Gryniuk who I enjoy learning from. 2025-05-29 09:26:56 +0000 UTCThis is a series of video's, you are looking at the component layout map specifying only the green led's on the bottom "in this video", the display led's are described in video #47's parts list. (The same display.) Watch video's 45 to 49.

2024-02-18 00:50:43 +0000 UTCI built the circuit board but when i measured for the drill template theirs no way you can get 10 5mm led hole in the space. the Leds that are specified are 5mm if you try to use 3mm leds the leads are to short. whats the trick i used several rulers and dial mike to check just thought i was brain dead? i can do a work around and use 3mm Leds ans extend there leads but watching the video I'm wrong ?

I'm finishing with my build of the soft device this evening, and I'll be able to print waterslide decals tomorrow. I'd like to use his artwork if it's available. If not, no big deal.
