I think having a loot system like Diablo 3 where legenday sets make a huge difference in play style would have made the game more fun such as getting legendary weapons/gear/advantages from certain captains or factions. There was a small amount of that with cores and items from certain factions.

I fired it (SPAZ!) back up again right before we talked and was reminded how much fun it was. :) Still holds up great.

This. Is. AWESOME!!! Space Pirates and Zombies 2 is one of my favorite all time games and of course SC2 as well! The story and fun banter between the characters in SPAZ2 is great! I have over 550 hours into SPAZ2 and I'm a professional software tester, so I'd be happy to test things out.
