Adjusting the rules for the OC contest!

I will introduce every single OC with a post featuring their description!
Submissions will close on May 1st, which is when I'll start a poll. The 3 highest voted OC's will get their finished models, which I'll post before they're included in a final poll, where the winner will be decided! 🎉
So if you're planning to submit an OC, make sure to do it before May 1st! ^^
