I had 2 designs for Bill and couldn't decide which to use. The other one was a bit less muscly and bit more chubby. As a result, I was holding off on posting these pages since I was thinking about redrawing them, but I'm glad I didn't in the end. I can always use the other design for a future Ryo friend :p.
