Thank you for noticing those details :D i wanted to portraid how careful she is when doing those type of things, also she uses a prosthetic leg in a regular basis, but if she doesn't have it at hand she would use a crutch

It looks strange and is laborious, but it doesn't detract from her natural beauty. You hit the perfect facial expression that shows something about her difficulties! And I wonder if outside she usually moves around in a wheelchair or on a single crutch.
