In case you aren't aware, ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. Over time, people with ALS lose the ability to move, speak, eat, and eventually breathe, while their minds often remain fully aware. I don't know about y'all, but that sounds like actual hell. There is currently no cure, and treatment options are limited. The disease can progress quickly, making early support and research critical.
That’s why we’re proud to make a monthly donation to the ALS Association. This organization funds cutting-edge research, advocates for patients, and provides essential care services for those affected. Every dollar contributes to a future where ALS is treatable and, hopefully, curable. Continued support helps fuel breakthroughs in treatment and brings hope to families impacted by this devastating disease. I wouldn't have found this cause without help from Mikey Stone, so a special thanks to him.
