Which means thinking about and grieving it, even though it was the right thing. So you're stuck in this weird place between hurt and "healed". A Twilight zone. Even the album itself switches between hurting and healing, just like the ups and downs of grieving people/relationships. But she definitely processes her hurt throughout the album and moves into a more healed version by Hampstead. I love the vulnerability and straight forwardness. Messy pop is here
