I definitely second what someone else said before about the Paris Paloma song, recommend listening to the original. Hunter and also Labour have ‘cacophony’ versions, where Paris asked fans to record themselves singing. Those versions do sound a bit jumbled, overwhelming and chaotic at times, but it makes sense with what cacophony means! Absolutely love her album, would be so cool to see it reacted to!

2025-02-25 05:21:05 +0000 UTCSo freaking excited for the new Mumford album I cannot even tell you right now… I just turned in my bachelor thesis after a really long struggle of mental illness and changing gears in my studies and failing the thesis the first time… it’s been rough alright? And it felt like some sign hearing this song was coming out cause the last time there was an album was Delta(also a favorite, because there are no bad Mumford albums let’s be honest here) - which came out when I first started uni and had just moved from home to a brand new city and had no idea the shitstorm that was about to hit me and I was hopeful and optimistic and YOUNG. So yeah. New Mumford album just as I’m finally wrapping up my studies and feeling healthy and good again? It’s just… damn guys. That was exactly what I needed, enough said. Doesn’t hurt that the song totally resonates with me too… and I’m so damn excited to sing along to it with the band at the next festivals and concerts coming up! They’re always such a riot live!! So yeah, having this song also start the stream? Damn. Feels like the universe is smiling at me. Don’t hate that. Thanks Mumford & Sons. Thanks Troy! Thanks you guys for letting me vent a minute!
