February 2025 - Monthly Community Update

HEYO EVERYONE, a tad late, but here comes the schedule for February!

As the majority of you already know, we're having two new comic updates this month! First one had been released last week for Dusk pledgers and there will be another one this Wednesday!

On Wednesday you can also expect the OFFICIAL release of last week's update on Webtoons and tumblr. I'm looking forward to bringing the comic back out of hiatus! And I'm doing my very best to finish the third part of the current comic as soon as possible...I already started lining the first two panels and took reference photos for poses, I want to do all I can to get an update done faster than usually! But. Well uh. You never know if things will actually go according to plan in that regard, so wE'LL SEE

On upcoming conventions:

Unfortunately I got rejected for Dokomi this year.
The majority of my friends didn't make it this time, only two of my mutuals have been accepted in
But I am actually relieved - and luckily, so is my friend who wanted to vendor with me together - because with only four months left before Dokomi, we would have NOT been able to prepare everything we wanted to print and offer at the next convention, prep would have become an absolute NIGHTMARE if we got accepted.

So now I'm hoping to get into POLARIS instead! I'll receive confirmation if I got in or not at the beginning of May. Until then I hope to have already printed all my Herds of Epona cards. Polaris will take place in Hamburg this OCTOBER, which gives me plenty of time to finish everything I want to finish.

SPEAKING OF WHICH, I'm only missing TWO more illustrations for the card sets to be sent off for printing! One of the two is almost done and will be shared soon. Package design is also done and ready and card layout as well, all play symbols have been finished last month, so I met my goal in that regard.

Once the cards can be printed, I'll make a list of my current merch stach and check what needs to be reprinted, how big my current portfolio is and what I would like to expand on. I'll definitely offer prints of a few Herds of Epona illustrations, but I also want to offer more EAA-related merch next time, so I'll be planning some further Alola shenanigans for prints.

The Anniversary Livestream is. A solid 65% done. Editing 3 and a half hours of footage is no joke. I'm still dedicated to finish it but man...don't be surprised if you notice me slacking off with the editing by the end of the stream hOH boy...

So to sum up February, this month we will have:

• Two new comic updates!!

• WIPs ect. for the next comic already in production

• WIPs on the final Herds of Epona illustratiosn and packaging preview

• Commission work (as always)

• pOTENTIALLY HOPEFULLY MAYBE Mastercut of the Anniversary Livestream finally being released

I want that Livestream out because I SWORE myself to not start another video project bEFORE THIS ONE'S OFF THE TABLE, I've abandoned too many video projects before, I'm not giving up on this one GRRRRRR

All in all it's a shorter community update than usually but I mean it's also the shortest month of the year so that checks out I guess 😂
